Ingredients:

Eggs 3

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar 100 grams

Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon

Milk 100 ml

Butter, melted 80 grams

Flour 240 grams

Baking powder 10 grams

Instructions:

Prepare Batter:

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add Milk and Butter:

Pour in the milk and melted butter, and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Sift Flour and Baking Powder:

Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the wet ingredients.

Mix until there are no lumps and a smooth batter forms.

Prepare Apples:

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Set aside.

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
