Sugar 100 grams
Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
Milk 100 ml
Butter, melted 80 grams
Flour 240 grams
Baking powder 10 grams

Instructions:
Prepare Batter:
In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Add Milk and Butter:
Pour in the milk and melted butter, and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sift Flour and Baking Powder:
Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl with the wet ingredients.
Mix until there are no lumps and a smooth batter forms.
Prepare Apples:
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Set aside.
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish well with butter to prevent sticking.
Layer Apples and Batter:
Spread the cubed apples evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
Pour the batter over the apples, ensuring they are fully covered.
Bake:
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve:
Once baked, remove the apple pie from the oven and let it cool slightly.
