Cake aux fruits confits

ingrédients :

• 300 g of flour

– 4 eggs

– 150 beurre

– 150 sucre glace

– 1 sachet of chemical yeast

– 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

– 150 g fruits confis

– raisins sec

– cerises confites.

• Put raisins to soak in a bowl of hot water (or rum according to taste)

• In the container of the robot pour butter + vanilla sugar + icing sugar… mix to get a dough.

• Then with the help of the robot stir the dough by adding eggs one by one, then salt, then chemical yeast, then flour little by little.

• Finally add raisins + cherries + candied fruit and mix.• Pour the dough so made in a mold that you will have previously coated with butter and flour.

• Put in the oven 45′ to 175°.

• After taking the cake out of the mold, soak everything with apricot jam and you will have spent a few moments in the microwave.

Then add some candied cherries on top.This is my first cake… Have a nice day everyone!!!
