Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Just made these Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones – sweet, creamy, and absolutely delicious! Never tried these before, but they were a huge success! Saw my hubby sneak another one after finishing the first!

Ingredients:

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
For the Peach Cobbler Filling:

4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cones:

12 waffle cones
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions:

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling:

In a medium saucepan, combine the diced peaches, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the peaches are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Prepare the Cones:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Spoon the graham cracker mixture into each waffle cone, pressing down gently to create a crust at the bottom.
Assemble the Cones:

Spoon a layer of the cheesecake filling into each cone.
Add a layer of the peach cobbler filling on top of the cheesecake layer.
Repeat layers as needed, finishing with a dollop of cheesecake filling and a spoonful of peach cobbler filling on top.
Serve:

Serve the Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy this delightful and unique dessert!
