Hamburger steaks with onion gravy is a hearty, comforting dish that combines seasoned ground beef patties with a rich, savory onion gravy. *Ingredients:
°500 g ground beef.
°2 medium eggs.
°2 t breadcrumbs.
°1 t olive oil.
°1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
°1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
° 2 small chopped onions.
°2 and half c beef broth.
°2 t of flour.

  • Directions:
    I combined ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and finally added ½ tsp salt and another ½ tsp of black pepper.
