Lemon Sauce for Fish

Cette sauce au citron est légère et acidulée, elle vient parfaitement compléter les saveurs du poisson. Ajustez les quantités de jus de citron et de zeste selon vos préférences pour obtenir une sauce plus ou moins acidulée.

Ingredients:

2 lemons

100 ml of fresh cream

50 g Butter

1 tablespoon of mustard

1 tablespoon of flour

Salt and pepper….

Instructions:

Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add flour and mix well to get a reddish.

Gradually incorporate lemon juice by stirring constantly.

Add sour cream and mustard, then mix well.

Letting sauce simmer until slightly thickens.

Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if desired.
