Bake at 160°C for 30 mins, then lower to 140°C for another 10 mins.

To store yogurt cake and keep it fresh:

  1. Cool Completely: Let the cake cool completely at room temperature before storing. This helps prevent moisture buildup that can make the cake soggy.

  1. Wrap Properly: Wrap the cake tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. This prevents it from drying out and protects it from absorbing any odors from the refrigerator.

  1. Use an Airtight Container: For added freshness, place the wrapped cake in an airtight container.

  1. Refrigeration: Store the cake in the refrigerator if you plan to keep it for more than a day or two. Yogurt cake generally stays fresh for up to a week when refrigerated.

  1. Freezing (Optional): If you want to store the cake for a longer period, you can freeze it. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil or place it in a freezer-safe bag. It can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the refrigerator before serving.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure your yogurt cake remains delicious and fresh.

Cool & Enjoy: Let it cool in the oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you’re ready to enjoy!
Happy baking!
