3 large potatoes

2 Steaks – I used 10 ounce strip steaks


Olive Oil

Steak Seasoning I like using Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning


4 TBSP of butter


1 tsp of minced garlic


1 tsp of dried parsley


Instructions :


Wash your potatoes and cut up into small cubes
