For your Lemon Blueberry Loaf, consider a few delicious variations and helpful tips.

You can substitute blueberries with other fruits like raspberries or chopped strawberries, or add nuts for extra crunch.

Experimenting with different citrus zests, such as orange or lime, can create unique flavors, while a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg adds warmth.

If using frozen blueberries, add them directly to the batter without thawing to prevent color bleed.

Remember to gently fold in the dry ingredients and blueberries to keep the loaf light and fluffy.

Check for doneness a few minutes early by inserting a toothpick into the center, and allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing to maintain its structure.

Store it wrapped or in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for longer freshness, ensuring your delightful treat stays moist and flavorful.
